• What’s your return policy?
  Profondeurs does not accept returns due to the limited nature of our collections and the handmade care that goes into each piece. Please ensure you review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

 

• Do you offer exchanges?
  No, Profondeurs does not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@profondeursatelier.com, and we will work with you to find a solution.

  Sustainability is at the core of Profondeurs. Our fabrics are sourced exclusively from deadstock materials, including cotton, organic cotton, cashmere, wool, high-quality polyester. By repurposing existing fabrics, we minimize waste and create pieces that defy fast fashion trends while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical production.

• Can I cancel or change my order?
  Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing, and changes may not be possible.
