Shipping Information

1. Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Carrier

 

We ship all orders via CTT (Correios de Portugal) to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

4. Order Tracking 

 

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on the CTT website: https://www.ctt.pt.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

 

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Profondeurs does not have responsibility for any these import duties and additional taxes. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

 

Profondeurs is not responsible for delays caused by CTT, customs, or local postal services. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@profondeursatelier.com so we can assist you in filing a claim.

 

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
